So I made it to the camp! And it was OFF THE HOOK!
I am so glad I went! I met so many amazing women and learned great things about nutrition, fitness, and fitness competition.
My goal was only to go there and learn what to do to look like an oxygen magazine cover model. And guess what these models do? They EAT CLEAN AND WORKOUT. It is that simple! Your nutrition counts 80%. If you workout hard and stuff your face with burguers and french fries, you're wasting your time...
So not only learned about competiting in fitness, I will compete myself! YES! April 17th, it is on :)
I am excited and scared at the same time. IT's going to be a huge challenge. Food wise that is. I love working out, I could do it for hours! But I also enjoy my cheat meals very much :).
We will see how it goes!
February will be the month for lots of changes for me. IT is the month that will tell wether I can compete or not...so stay tuned!
